Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
2. Select the order and click Request Return.
3. Select the item(s) and reason for return.
4. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and send a prepaid return label.
5. Ship the item back using the provided label.
6. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical components (sensors, ECU modules) that have been installed
• Items damaged due to improper installation
• Special-order items
• Items returned after 30 days

Defective Parts

If you receive a defective or incorrect part, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at no charge and arrange return of the defective item.
